  • Data Storage: Your financial data is stored securely. You have the option to use third-party services like Cloudinary and Google Drive for storing documents and data backups. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
  • Data Backup & Restore: You can back up your financial data to your personal Google Drive account and restore it when needed. We do not have access to your Google Drive files unless you explicitly grant it.
  • Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of the data you provide to FinShields. We do not claim any ownership rights to your financial information.

AI-Powered Features

FinShields uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide you with personalized insights, including budget planning, EMI calculators, and financial recommendations. These features are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice.

  • No Financial Advice: The information provided by our AI features is not a substitute for professional financial advice from a qualified advisor. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on these recommendations.
  • Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and relevant information, we do not guarantee the accuracy or applicability of the AI-generated insights.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for your financial decisions.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
  • Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App, including the FinShields logo, design, and software, are the exclusive property of the FinShields team/company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinShields and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your financial data, and we are not liable for the security of third-party services like Cloudinary or Google Drive.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
